Welcome to Night Angles. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and private nursing services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms described below.

1. Services Provided

Night Angels provides private nursing and caregiving services including but not limited to:

  • Home nursing care

  • Elderly care

  • Post-hospitalization care

  • Night duty nursing

  • Patient assistance and monitoring

  • Basic medical support as prescribed by a doctor

Night Angels does not replace hospital treatment or emergency medical services.

2. Eligibility

By booking a service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or a legal guardian of the patient

  • The information provided is accurate and complete

  • You consent to home healthcare services for the patient

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • Services must be booked through the website, phone, or authorized representative

  • Booking is confirmed only after availability verification

  • Emergency bookings are subject to staff availability

  • Night Angels reserves the right to decline a booking if medical needs exceed home-care scope

4. Duties of the Nurse/Caregiver

Our staff will:

  • Provide care according to described service

  • Follow doctor instructions provided by patient/family

  • Maintain professional behavior

  • Respect patient privacy and dignity

They will not:

  • Perform invasive procedures without proper prescription

  • Administer medication without instruction

  • Handle legal or financial matters of the patient

  • Perform tasks outside agreed healthcare scope

5. Patient & Family Responsibilities

The patient or family must:

  • Provide accurate medical information

  • Provide a safe working environment

  • Provide necessary medical supplies and equipment

  • Arrange emergency transport if required

  • Ensure respectful behavior toward staff

Night Angels may discontinue service in case of unsafe conditions or misconduct.

6. Payments

  • Fees must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise

  • Extra hours/services are chargeable

  • Travel or emergency charges may apply

  • Prices may change without prior notice but not after confirmation

Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Advance notice is required for cancellation

  • Last-minute cancellations may incur charges

  • Refund eligibility depends on time of cancellation

  • Replacements depend on staff availability

8. Limitation of Liability

Night Angels provides supportive healthcare services but does not guarantee medical recovery.

We are not liable for:

  • Patient’s pre-existing conditions

  • Sudden medical emergencies

  • Hospital decisions

  • Doctor treatment outcomes

  • Medication side effects

In emergencies, family must contact ambulance or doctor immediately.

9. Emergency Situations

Our caregivers are not emergency responders.

In case of serious condition (breathing difficulty, unconsciousness, cardiac symptoms, etc.), family must immediately contact:

Emergency medical services / ambulance / doctor

10. Privacy

All personal and medical information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and kept confidential.

11. Service Refusal or Termination

Night Angels reserves the right to stop services if:

  • Staff safety is at risk

  • Incorrect medical information is provided

  • Harassment or abuse occurs

  • Payments are not cleared

  • Care required is beyond home-care scope

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including logo, text, and branding of Night Angels may not be copied or reused without permission.

13. Changes to Terms

Night Angels may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Continued use of services means acceptance of revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction of local courts.
